WordPress credit on my bill

    Hi, I just bought and got refunded a premium theme as it wasn’t quite right. The refund has gone through ok. However, according to my billing, I now have wordpress credits of £16.65 on my account, which I’m supposed to be able to use towards another upgrade. The problem is that these credits inflate the cost, rather than reduce it – e.g. I went to purchase a new theme at £53 and the ‘credits’ have been added on, making my total bill £69.65. Not sure why I have the credits in the first place and why are they increasing my bill not reducing it -any ideas anybody?
