  Hi
  I want to purchase custom design feature for £20, but when I go to cart it says that my WordPress.com credits balance will go towards payment, then it adds on another £22.47.Bringing the total to £42.27. I dont understand this at all? What is wordpress credit balance? Why do I have to pay more than the £20?

  Hi Sean,

  I apologize for the trouble. For some reason, instead of adding a positive credit balance to your account, a negative balance was added, which increased the price of an item rather than decreasing it. You should be good to go as I’ve switched this around. Please let me know if you experience any additional trouble!
