WordPress Critical Error

  I have built many wordpress sites, but for some reason the one I’m working on now is providing an error for contact form via WPForms (just as I use for all websites). When clicking submit, it is providing a new page that states a wordpress critical error. I have disabled all plugins, still getting error. Not sure what is wrong:
  ‘There has been a critical error on this website.

  Jetpack: Yes
  Correct account: Unknown

  The site is up fine, but if you fill out the contact form, and click ‘Get Free Quote’, it goes to a critical error page. I’ve done nothing different on this website than all other sites. Same addons, etc. No clue what the issue is.
