  WordPress doesn’t have phone support.

  If you are under paid plans then you can access live chat option where happiness engineers will help you to do what you want to achieve. Here is the support document which will help you in accessing the live chat:

  If you are under free plan and you are trying to start over with your blog then you can make your site empty and then again start fresh. Here is the support document for that:
