  Ok got it, thank you! I have a personal site on a wordpress blog. I also have a business site on WordPress that uses the fearless theme (pinkpangea.com). I update my personal blog very rarely, do no marketing for it, tag it lightly and always get tons of hits. For my business site, I do a lot of sharing, and our writers are sharing a lot and we rarely get any organic search. What might the issue be? Does have to do with the template?

  Sorry but pinkpangea.com is not a WordPress.COM hosted blog and we do not provide support for any blogs that are not hosted by WordPress.COM.

  WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the Theme support forums there.

  Hi,
  I’m unfamiliar with the difference of wordpress.org and wordpress.com. Is there a way for us to switch to wordpress.com without losing content?

  Hi wordpress people:
  We did not intend to extend our membership beyond the free trial. We were just charged $99. We would like the credit card removed from the account and, if possible, would like the $99 refunded. If there is an e-mail address we can send our request to, please advise.

  My advice is never to hijack threads other bloggers create and post off-topic into them because that’s how your support requests fall through the cracks. Please use this link https://en.forums.wordpress.com/?new=1 and copy and paste your text into it. That will create a new thread so you get the help you need.
