Hey there, where did you purchase from? If you bought it, there should be some kind of tutorial on the vendors website or you could try messaging them too. If it’s just text, create a new page and then paste the contents from the purchased files.
Also, This is the wordpress.com managed hosting forum which is different from self-hosted installation. Please visit the page at https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/ for more info. I know it is frustration but, please contact your hosting provider(Bluehost). They might be able to help with your issue.
