Sp WordPress has no customer service? I did not know this. I need my domain name released. I thought I took the right steps to do so but it’s coming back that its still in WordPress.

3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?

Thank you so much! I want to cancel my account and use my domain name somewhere else. I thought I did it but I guess not.
My Domain URL is theluckyluxtons.com
My underlying is theluckyluxtonsdotcom.wordpress.com
Username is theluckyluxtons
The date I purchased Domain Mapping was April 23, 2016 -
Hi there, theluckyluxtons.com is a domain registered at GoDaddy. When I visit that domain, I land on a GoDaddy parked domain page.
If you’ve already set your WordPressdotcom site as your primary domain in your domain dashboard here on WordPressdotcom, you then should go to GoDaddy (your domain registrar) and change the name servers there to your new hosting.

Your domain is not registered with us and we have no control over it – we lost that the moment you cancelled your domain mapping upgrade more than a week ago.
If you are still being redirected to WordPress.com when you type in your domain, the problem is in your browser. Clear the browser cache, and your domain will take you to GoDaddy where it is registered and currently pointing.

Your upgrade with us is cancelled, so you won’t be charged by us again unless you buy a new upgrade.
