WordPress customizer broken

    Hi.

    I have been having a lot of problems with both my WordPress websites lately, as the customizer was suddenly broken on the sites (can’t edit the page). The problem suddenly occurred without having changed anything on the site. After various troubleshooting and talks with customer service at my hosting provider, they told me that the problem might be with Cloudflare, although I do not really know if this is correct as I have tried bypassing CloudFlare.

    Although, when clicking the Cloudflare plugin it just displays a white screen with nothing else, tried reinstalling with no change.

    Some things I have already tried:
    -Disabling all plugins (also via FTP)
    -Resetting wordpres
    -Deleting themes
    -Purging cash, on site, wordpress, plugins etc
    -Using a backup of the site form a month back

    Has anyone experienced and found a solution to this problem?

    Hope to hear from someone who might be able to help as I’ve tried to solve this for a week now and it’s affecting my business :slight_smile:

    Your description of your website indicates you are using the version of WordPress supported at WordPress.org. The forum you have posted in here supports the WordPress.com version and sites actually hosted here st WordPress.com.
