  Hi, I recently installed a second WordPress website and the dashboard is very limited. There isn’t an appearance or settings section.

  You might have added a new WordPress.com hosted site, but your other site uses WordPress.org on a different host. There are some differences in what you’ll see and the support for each. This is a good overview! https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/
