WordPress Dashboard extremely slow

Hope all is well. What can I do to speed up my wordpress dashboard?
It recently started moving very slow when I go to add a webpage or do anything on the dashboard.

It looks like your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

You can also reach out to your host for help with this. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you with this problem.
Additionally, it looks like your domain is set to expire today. You should reach out to your domain registrar as soon as possible to get that renewed so you don’t have any downtime.
