WordPress dashboard is acting strange

Parts of my WordPress dahsboard is all messed up with a basic white page and scattered text elements. Other parts are working just fine which allowed me to upload this screenshot.
I didnt change anything or updated any plugins. The page was working fine when I went to bed byt when I woke up it was just a mess. What happened and how do I fix this? I cant deactive any plugins as the plugin page is also messed up.

For future reference, for your site japanoholic.dk, you’ll want to post to the community that supports the open source WordPress software at https://wordpress.org/support/ where you’ll find documentation and users who have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
