WordPress dashboard is not logging in

    Hello, I sent this message:

    To whom it may concern,

    I hope this email finds you well

    Kindly note that I am the new developer at Uomo Boss, a highly reputable company based in Dubai. I am currently in charge of maintaining the website ‘awadapartners.com’, a website developed through wordpress

    As what the previous developer has told me, no updates should be done to keep the website running. However, the website is currently down, where no features are valid to be clicked

    Moreover, the website dashboard ‘awadapartners.com/wp-admin’ is also not accessible. An error is being prompted (HTTP ERROR 500). To the extent of my knowledge, an HTTP ERROR 500 means that there was an unidentified error in the websites server

    The reason I am sending this email, is because I want to know what shall be done in order to have the website live and running again asap

    May I be contacted with a non-automated non-reply email so that I can discuss the issue with a person I can reply to his/her emails. Or kindly direct me to an email address I can contact in case of this emergency. This is a wordpress admin dashboard issue and not another hosting service. Looking forward to your soonest replies

    That was a real reply from a real person, a volunteer who uses WordPress.com and helps out here.

    I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with GoDaddy.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
