WordPress dashboard is not working

    Hi,
    My WordPress dashboard is not working, and I am not able to access the support nor the chat. I keep having an error and blank page. I am unable to open my products backend pages nor the blog posts editor.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hi there,

    Just to confirm, you’re seeing a blank page when visiting https://wordpress.com/help/contact? That points to your browser not loading all the code WordPress.com needs to work.

    Are you able to access the dashboard pages at https://lakecomoexperiences.com/wp-admin/?

    Please clear your browser cache, and make sure JavaScript is enabled in your browser. Also disable any browser add-ons you have installed – in particular ad-blockers and anti-tracking add-ons have a tendency to block code that sites need to work that have nothing to do with either ads or tracking, and that’s the most common cause of this issue.

    Failing that, please check if logging in via incognito mode helps, or if using another browser, computer or internet connection makes any difference.
