WordPress Dashboard isn't loading

  The WordPress dashboard isn’t loading. Nothing more than the blue menu bar containing ‘My Sites’, ‘Reader’, ‘Create a New Post’ etc. is loading. I am also unable to create a new post. I post indirectly by getting into ‘wp-admin’ web address. I suspect fraud. Thanks for your response.

  Hi idhayatharmarai,
  Volunteers don’t have backend access to blogs and only staff can make technical fixes. I think that filing a support ticket will help to resolve your issue quickly.

  I see @anissajean has tagged this for staff, but this is most likely a browser or connection issue. There’s nothing from the dashboard side that can prevent the My Sites page from loading, and I’ve had problems with that page myself when my 3G signal was poor.

  Try resetting your modem/router. Next, please make sure you are using one of the browsers listed here and that your browser is updated to the latest version: http://browsehappy.com/

  Additionally, try clearing your browser cache and cookies and make sure you have third-party cookies enabled. You can also check whether you have the same problem on a different browser.

  It might also be a good idea to make sure your flash player is updated:

  If none of that works, let us know and then wait for staff to respond.

  I’ve have not been able to replicate the issue and am able to access your site’s Dashboard, both directly and indirectly.
