WordPress Dashboard Not Working

  Hi, I’m an absolute beginner to website hosting, and set up a site that uses WordPress following this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=euXdC0NDgac
  My issue is that the WordPress admin dashboard appears to have no formatting whatsoever, making the page a massive wall of plain text and images. The bottom of the page always reads:
  ‘Session expired

  Please log in again. The login page will open in a new tab. After logging in you can close it and return to this page.’

  The login page works just fine, but this is always how the admin dashboard shows, no mater what. It is not an issue with the browser; I have tried multiple browsers on multiple devices. Should I try to re-install WordPress?

  The URL is https://comics.tomshere.xyz/
  Currently, the site only displays the default WordPress sample page.
