WordPress dashboard trouble! Where is the old one?

    Okay! So I used to be able to access 2 different looking dashboards. One was a really basic one with ‘my site’ and ‘reader’ in the top left and ‘write’ in the top right. On the long menu on that page there used to be something that said ‘wp-admin’ and when I clicked that I logged in again and it took me to a FAR more detailed and efficient back end. I have no idea how to access that again. The only place I can find when I log in is the one I mentioned above and doens’t let me edit categories at all or do many other things. Pleeeeeease help!!!
