WORDPRESS DASHBOARD UNABLE TO LOGIN

  WORDPRESS Dashboard refusing to login even when i create new admin user from database, the website says there such user;I have tried even creating a new user in vain; Also it have refused to do passowrd reset.
  When i reset pasword from database still it not opening,

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
