  Hello Dear… I can’t open any link in the dashboard..like managing the users or plugins..etc.
  I did notice that the URL keeps changing automatically.
  BR..

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account

  Could you please specify what site you are having this issue with? What do you mean that the URL keeps changing?

  I can see that you are a subscriber on ta3leem.iq – you won’t be able to manage site users on plugins in that role:

  https://wordpress.com/support/user-roles/#list-of-user-roles.

  If you meant another site, please let us know more details, so we can take a look.

  Yes, I meant ta3leem.iq site. You could please check the link Screen Video.. Currently, we can not open any navigation link in the dashboard like plugins, Appearance, and tools..etc (All)

  So, neither you nor the owner of the site, mustafata3leemiq can access any of the pages you mentioned? While logged into your account, I was able to click those links and access those pages successfully and I did not see the changing URLs either.

  Have you or the owner tried using a different browser? I want to see if this is a browser-related issue. Do you mind logging in using a different browser or clearing your browser’s cache and seeing if the issues you are having persist?
