We are writing to inform you that an individual utilizing wordpress.com is posting Libel/Defamation about our Organization OSI Organized Stalking Informers
The individual has posted the Libel/Defamation here at this site on the following link http://fightgangstalking.com/ffchs-a-disinformation-group/ hosted on WordPress.com
This individual posted the following false Libel/Defamation about our Organization
LIBEL/DEFAMATION (“they are disinformation front groups organized by FBI minions”).

in direct reference to our Organization, falsely stating that Our Organization is “ran by FBI Minions”
This individual also again further Libeled our Organization with the following statement “Organized Stalking Informants” where he replaced Informers with “Informants” to cast our Organization in negative false light.
We have contacted wordpress.com 2 times already through the wordpress abuse form starting on Jan 26 and have received zero response, which leads us to belive that wordpress.com is allowing other individuals/Organizations to be Libeled and Defamed violating the wordpress Defamation Policy listed in your Terms of Service.?
We are now requesting that the Defamation be removed ASAP and that the following site
http://fightgangstalking.com/ be terminated for violating the wordpress.com Defamation Policy.This is the third Defamation complaint to wordpress.com, we expect a response and action taken to cease Defamation via wordpress.com ASAP

@raincoaster I think you have that wrong. The images are serverd at http://fightgangstalking.files.wordpress.com/2013/05/wolf-in-sheeps-clothing.jpg and it says “Blog at WordPress.com. | The Dusk To Dawn Theme.” at the bottom.

I think you need to report it on the abuse page http://wordpress.com/abuse/ unless you have a court order, which can be emailed to (email visible only to moderators and staff).

Yes tandava, we have already made 3 complaints already using that Abuse form, starting on Jan 26 with zero response from wordpress

I really don’t know how long that process takes – fortunately i have never had to use it. However I will flag this thread for staff attention.
They will not discuss the site contents with you on this public forum, but I think at least they will be able to acknowledge that they have (or have not!) received your complaints. I think they will let you know of their decision by private email.
Please be patient as it could take a while for staff to reach this thread.
