  I write this email regarding a service I paid for with your company.. The service entailed using your business to set up an email for my organization. (List the email)(Xyz…put the number of years ago) I stopped using your service and requested that the website be disconnected and / or discontinued. However, through your company, the website is still up and running. Not only is it showing without my authorization, someone is posting unauthorized content on the website that is defacing the nature of my organization. I never gave anyone authorization to utilize the domain or name of my organization.
  As a last result before moving forward with legal action, please discontinue use of the website. (https://holla-inc.com)

  According to whois info – https://www.whois.com/whois/holla-inc.com – your domain isn’t registered with wordpress.com nor is it hosted by wordpress.com.
  You must contact your registrar/hosting to solve this hosting.

  Hi there,

  holla-inc.com used to be registered and hosted with us, but you cancelled that domain and deleted the site it was connected to in January 2020. A month later your site was purged from our system, so none of the content you had on that site exists on our servers any more.

  holla-inc.com is now registered through a different domain provider. The site currently showing at that domain is using WordPress, but the open source WordPress.org software, which they’re hosting somewhere else. But they’re using CloudFlare to hide their IP address, so there’s no way to see who the hosting provider is.

  Ultimately the hosting provider is the only ones who can take action against the site, but if you contact support at CloudFlare.com, or at the domain provider, https://www.xz.com/, they might be able to help or at least point you in the right direction.
