WordPress deleted 3 hours worth of work!

  I was working on a blog post for the past three hours and when I go to save the darn thing, magically WordPress decides to sign me off and when I sign back on all my work is gone. I’m so pissed off! I don’t feel like writing ever again. Dramatic, I know, but I’m livid right now and speaking with emotion. Oh, not to mention… I saved my progress before and all that work is gone as well. Back to square one. I’m just going to go back to using a type writer.

  i guess you can use windows live writer to avoid such mishaps.

  @sanasarina, go to the listing of posts in your dashboard and if the post is there, click on the title to open it. Now scroll down below the text area and look in the “revision” module. Any saves, or autosaves done on that post will be there. If the “revision” module is not there, to to the top right of the editor page, click on screen options and enable the revision module. That should at least recover most of your work.
