WordPress deleted many times

  Whenever I am creating WordPress blogs those are deleting. If i go with paid option is that ok

  Your site hasn’t been deleted at all but has been suspended for a violation of our Terms of Service. The only way to restore your site is using the contact form at http://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/
