WordPress Deleted My Article Draft With No Revisions Available

  I put a lot of time and effort into an article yesterday that was autosaved and when I went back to continue it today, it was all gone and there are no revision or history options in the settings :( I’m really bummed because I put so much work into it and my whole article is completely gone except for 8 words. I asked the automated assistant for help but I can’t access human support without a paid plan. Why is my writing gone? Where can I recover it? Please help me.
