WordPress Deleted My Site : where is my domain?

    I asked WordPress to delete my site, but now I can’t add my domain to my new site. How do I find it??

    Are you talking about findandflow.com? If you cancelled an upgraded plan perhaps the domain was cancelled too. This thread has been tagged to ask if a member of staff could assist you.

    @findandflow, you actually cancelled your domain that you had just transferred in. Cancelling a domain does not free it up at all, it actually puts it into a grace period and then a redemption process that can last quite a while.

    You were refunded for the domain, even though we had to pay for a year extension when you transferred it here. So if you’d like, we can send an invoice for that, then get it restored to your account, and then you can point it to your new host.

    Just note you would not be able to actually *transfer* the domain or register it elsewhere for at least 60 days. You can point it to the new provider without any trouble though.
