WordPress deleting duplicate elements?
-
Hi,
I’m trying to do some css background rgba stuff, but then I add my fallback solution (just a background before it but with only rgb) and the editor deletes it?I’d do a conditional statement in the actual html file, but I can’t access that.
Help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We cannot access and therefore edit the HTML and PHP in the templates underlying our themes at wordpress.com. If the colors in your uploaded images appear different from the originals, make sure you are saving your images in sRGB before you upload them. http://en.support.wordpress.com/images/troubleshooting-images/#color-profiles

CSS is theme specific at wordpress.com. If you have custom CSS and later change themes, you need to delete whatever CSS you have in the Editor, otherwise, you’ll get undesired results.
To ‘reset’ a theme, you need to delete the CSS in the Editor, make sure the “add to existing CSS” radio button is checked, then save. Things should go back to normal.
When you alter a theme’s stylesheet, you only need to put in the Editor the modification/additions to the CSS, not the entire thing. Read this for more info:
