Hi Terry,
Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance with your WordPress site. I understand that you’re facing challenges with your website, and it’s impacting your business. I’ll do my best to guide you in the right direction.
Firstly, I’d like to clarify that our ability to provide direct assistance is limited in this case. Since your website is not hosted on our WordPress.com managed hosting, but instead uses the free, open-source version of WordPress hosted through a different provider, we don’t have the ability to directly investigate or make changes to your site. Our support scope primarily covers sites that are hosted on WordPress.com.
However, I can share some information about our WordPress.com managed hosting, which might be of interest to you. Managed hosting on WordPress.com includes a range of features designed to make managing your website easier, including automatic updates, daily backups, and expert WordPress support. You can learn more about what we offer at https://wordpress.com/hosting/.
If you’re considering simplifying your WordPress experience, we offer an easy-to-use migration plugin that can help you move your site to our hosting. This could be a great solution if you’re looking for more comprehensive support and ease of use. To learn more about this option and how to get started, please visit:

This is the version your current host uses, and the community there is often very knowledgeable and helpful in resolving such issues. You can ask for help and share your concerns at https://wordpress.org/support/forum/how-to-and-troubleshooting/. They are in the best position to provide guidance on specific issues like PHP updates, plugin integration, and content editing on your website.
I hope this information is helpful to you. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
