  I’ve installed the Desktop app, however whenever i try to log in it gives me this error:

  ‘The request to undefined failed (code ETIMEDOUT), please check your internet connection and try again.’
  Please let me know what is the issue.

  Hi there!

  Have you checked if you’re able to log in when using a different internet source, like your mobile connection?
  There might be something, like a firewall, that blocks the app from connecting to the internet, you may want to have a look at your settings.
