WordPress desktop says "You have no public sites on WordPress"

  WordPress app for desktop says: “You have no public sites on WordPress.com yet” – But I do.

  I have 2 wordpress sites:
  killyourdarlingswriter.com
  totemanimals.wordpress.com

  When I click on “My Site” tab, instead it says: “Create site.” So, I have no admin. access.

  Sometimes it will say: “Cannot Access the Dashboard Requested” and says my login name does not have access, so it I should logout. However, when I do, I still do not have access.

  Please Help!

  Hi T.J. –

  You’ll need to log all the way out of the app and then sign in with your other user account. Both of the sites you provided are connected to a different user account than the one you’ve contacted us from.

  Once you do this, the sites should appear under My Sites.
