wordpress did not give the link to local export data

  hi,
  there is 2-3 days that these option is out of order. what can i do ? when j launch the option to make an export data on my web site there is no error, but, the link to make the download does not come on my local account mailing. other web site are running correctly.
  this process is blocked on my web site and i dont make anything …

  Hi there,

  WordPress.com is finishing the export and trying to send you the export file, but for some reason your email provider is not accepting those emails from WordPress.com. The emails are bouncing, and your email provider gives this error message:

  550 5.5.0 Service refuse. Veuillez essayer plus tard. service refused, please try later. LPN007_510

  Please contact your email provider for more information about why they are refusing those emails. (If you’d like I can also try to export your site for you and send you the link to download that export file, but I’m afraid your email provider may also reject that email. It would be best to determine why that email can’t get through to you first.)

  hi,
  I made contact with the provider I await his return. thank you m ‘send the link for the backup! is it possible to export without going through this link? I do not see how as the provider has not done enough. Thanks for your help. greetings. Ray.
  ps: I have another website on wordpress and everything works properly with the same address. I do not understand what is happening and what is different between the two!

  Hi Ray,

  I’m not sure why your email provider is treating the emails from your two websites differently, but it is. Just in case, I am sending you an email with a link to your site’s export file. If that email comes through, you will be able to use that link to download the export file with your site’s content.
