WordPress does not answer the forum

  just noticed last 60 days of questions of users in the forum: nobody taking seriously the questions. Ok, if they have free services I see it´s not convenient for you but then in this case don´t drive them to forum, just say seriously that you don´t provide assistance (fear for losing users? well, welcome in the world of the digital services, it is as it is)
