WordPress does not recognize my Admin login information

    I am unable to log in with login name and password. I tried logging in with my email address: (email visible only to moderators and staff) and with username [redacted]. The system did not recognize either of them when I selected ‘forgot password’.

    I received the following error message: ‘ERROR: There is no user registered with that email address’ when I select ‘forgot password’ option.

    I am attempting to update/customize my website so that I can publish it to the web.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello!

    Looking at the whoishostingthis.com information, your site, yoursolutionsguide.com, is being hosted by CyrusOne/BlueHost.

    This is WordPress.COM, which is a webhost using the WordPress program with WordPress servers. In your case, you won’t have a login here, as your site is not hosted on WordPress.COM. You will need to contact your host to login to your site.

    If you have questions about anything to do with using WordPress, WordPress.ORG will be where you can go, as they work with using the program on 3rd party hosts.
