WordPress doesn’t recognize my site
-
Hi, I just switched laptops and logged into my WordPress account. But it doesn’t acknowledge the existence of my blogsite. How can I get WordPress to recognize my site?

Hi there,
What is the address of the site you’re trying to access?
The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here was created in February, and has never owned any sites on WordPress.com.
If you have a site hosted on WordPress.com, it belongs to a different username account.

Hi, Here is my site: https://replicationnetwork.com/. I don’t know where the other WordPress.com account comes from with a similar name. I didn’t create it. And I don’t know why my username and PW which used to work for my site now takes me to this faux replicationnetwork site. Can you help me get access to my site.

Hi there,
If you believe that you still have access to the e-mail on file, I would suggest filling out the password reset tool and check all the e-mails that you own to see which e-mail the password recovery e-mail ends up:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
Be sure to check your spam folder, and let me know if you have any trouble regaining access to your account.
Alternatively, if you can find the bank statement from when you purchasedreplicationnetwork.com, the transaction ID on that statement can be used to verify ownership.
You can contact our Account Recovery Team with that information:
Cheers,

@replicationnetwork33c8490d85 my guess is that you accidentally created an extra account. Can you log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not? That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site.
If you don’t know what address that is, try commenting on one of your posts. In most cases, you’ll get an email notification at the correct address.

Thank you! That did it. I posted a comment and that led me to the correct login info. Much appreciated!
