wordpress doesn't recognize registered domain
-
I registered a domain three working days ago to use as a primary domain for my blog bouwenaandebovenweg.
Every time I try to add it as suggested in the instructions, I am told that the site isn’t registered – but it is! Done and dusted, with written confirmation and proof of payment :-)
I have already changed the DNS settings of the new site, so it can’t be that.
I’d be very grateful for any tipsThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I checked the bouwenaandebovenweg WordPress.com account, and I don’t see any record of a domain purchase on that account.
Did you make the purchase through WordPress.com while logged in as bouwenaandebovenweg?
Did you make the purchase elsewhere?
What is the domain name that you are trying to setup?

Thanks for your reaction. I purchased the domain via an external provider (Hostnet). The domain is duurzaamwonen.nu

I researched this and found that .nu is not on our list of supported domains. I made a request on your behalf to see if it can be added,

I was wrong before! I found out that .nu is possible to map, however, it has to be done manually. Apologies for getting that wrong earlier!
I have gone ahead and setup the duurzaamwonen.nu domain mapping for you and I have also sent you a manual payment request in a separate email.
Let me know if you have any questions at all or have trouble with the payment.

Thank you so much for fixing this so quickly! I’ll make sure that the payment is made just as swiftly.
