  Domain name registration + domain mapping costs 14.97 credits ($14.97) per year, per domain.

  how much space provide for domain

  and please give me the details what are the advantages to Own Domain in WordPress.com

  If you don’t know the advantages to owning your own domain, you probably don’t need one. The Domain Upgrade does not change the space available to your WP.com blog, nor does it alter the other Terms of Service and offerings: you’ll have the same restrictions on themes, codes, widgets, etc.

  All WordPress.com blogs have 3GB of space available, regardless of whether or not the Domain Mapping upgrade is purchased, as raincoaster said. Main advantage is ‘branding’, I would say. Telling somebody to visit you at ‘domain.com’ is cooler than telling them to visit you at ‘domain.wordpress.com’.
