  I need help with my domain! I just cancelled my payment/subscription because for some reason i can’t use the theme i want to use here in wordpress. How can i retrieve my domain back?! I need help!!!

  Are you completely releasing the domain for repurchase?

  The domain should be released to the general public again for registration in ~5 or so days. The safest and fastest way to regain the domain would be to complete the registration fee that was sent directly to your email and then we can restore it for you. Otherwise, once it’s released to the general public again, anyone would be able to register it so it may be difficult or impossible to get it back if someone else were to do so first.

  I cannot avail the free trial period anymore which will expire on October? I am also currently availing professional email.
