WordPress Domain FAILED but Been Charged! Please Help

  I just paid £12 ($18) for the domain mapping to take my blog from thestyleintervention.wordpress.com to thestyleintervention.com and it isn’t working. When I go to support, there’s a link that asks if I’m trying to contact WordPress about ‘[WordPress.com] Domain registration failed (January 25th, 2015)’ but I when I click the link, nothing happens – I was hoping for at least a redirect :(

  I’m pretty stuck now as I’ve been charged but the new domain isn’t working, nor is it showing up under ‘my domains’, and it’s also letting me try to re-register the domain! :(

  I don’t see either domain mapping or domain registration for thestyleintervention.com

  It does look as though it’s failed, as the support site looks to have registered it failing already. There’s no records of this domain upgrade on my dashboard so I can’t even get a refund. Thankfully I have a receipt though!
