WordPress Domain name change

  Hi there, I have a new site under development (coming soon) at the web address https://techsupport817031530.wordpress.com however I would like to change it to techmeup.wordpress.com as this is my business name. Would this be possible considering currently when you visit techmeup.wordpress.com the original owner of this site says it has been suspending due to violation of terms meaning no one is using it? Does this make sense? Thanks in advance :)

  You can’t use a domain name that has already been taken by someone else.
