.wordpress domain problem

  I want to use a .wordpress domain name and it is taken, but it is taken by a suspended blog, mu second choice is taken by a blog with no posts that was created 4 years ago. is there a way to recycle the .wordpress domains or are they lost forever to blogs that dont exist?

  that is not true that address above is my own i thought this was going to a support team. im not sure users can answer this question. the name i want is MentalFloss.Wordpress.com but it is an old suspended account

  are they lost forever to blogs that dont exist?

  Lost in the sands of time & the internet bit bucket never to see the light of whatever

  You can try contacting the blog owner of the site that is still live and see if they would be willing to transfer it to you
