WordPress Domain To Squarespace

  Hi, I’m wanting to point my WordPress domain to Squarespace.
  I have updated my CNAME record to the ext.squarespace.com in my DNS settings and it has been 72 hours.
  I’m presented with this error on Squarespace:

  We found a CNAME record for http://www.nassermaqsood.com, but it is currently pointing to (nassermaqsood.com), which is the wrong hostname. The correct hostname should be ext.squarespace.com. Please check your DNS providers settings

  I have kept the standard WordPress name servers, but a URL Forwarding section is not present in the WordPress domain settings. Should it automatically forward?

  Any help would be appreciated, i’ve never done anything like this before. It seemed relatively simple following the video they provided here:

  Oh my domain is also my primary domain on WordPress, is that a problem? http://www.nassermaqsood.com

  You can use your domain for a site at Squarespace by mapping your name server records here to point to them. You will need to first log in to the Domain Manager starting from this page:

  https://nassermaqsood.wordpress.com/wp-admin/paid-upgrades.php?page=domains
