  Hello

  I am the owner of a Company call GOLF ESTUDIO I have my web site http://www.golfestudio.com and today looking at internet I see thata someone is using my logo and trying to promote fake information about my Company mixin my Company with other store like http://www.golfradical.com

  I would like to erase all the information on the wordpress ‘golfestudio.wordpress.com’ I do not know who is using this domains but is not legal to do that because my Brand is register logo and name

  Please let me know how to conitnue with this complain

  I have using the brand “Golf Estudio” since 2010 and now another store say is his brand because he has a blog golfestudio.wordpress.com . Can we know when he start using this golfestudio.wordpress domain? or when it was created in your files?
