WordPress domain won’t connect

I recently purchased a WordPress domain through siteground, the hosting platform, however, I am encountering issues with it because when attempting to access my site, I am redirected to a webpage that appears unfamiliar to me. I am seeking assistance in resolving this discrepancy and ensuring that my WordPress domain accurately reflects the desired modifications. When even trying to access the website, it says that the website does not exist but it does exist when I login on the hosting platform and it also worked when I bought the domain. Can you please look into this as I don’t understand what the issue is?

I do not see any purchased domains under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/
