WordPress don’t recognize me like owner’s

    My WordPress plan is PREMIUN-Ref.: [redacted]. My WordPress dominium’s https://ingenieria flaws.com, [ingenieriaflawsblog.wordpress.com], and my WEB is aoglaviejaescuela [mail: (email visible only to moderators and staff)], but my owner’s contact mail is (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    I HAVE MY PASSWORD (New from 16-04-2023), BUT WHEN I TRY ACCESS TO MY SITY I READ THE: THE OWNER IS NOT YOU.
