WordPress dot com login?

  I seem to be having a problem with the login screen. The login screen does not acknowledge my presence. The blocks stay blank.

  In order to login and get to my blog, I had to go through the forum login, which is odd.

  Is there a problem with that, or is it something else? I do comment through WordPress on another blog. Is that the issue?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I believe you are misinformed here. To access your WordPress.com site, you will have to login at https://wordpress.com/ and not via WordPress.com forums.

  Let me know if you are not able to login and I will help further.

  What happens when I try to log in at wordpress dot com is that the login screen appears, the entry blocks are visible, but they do not respond to my mouse click. It’s like looking at a locked window. You can see through it but can’t open it.

  I logged using the forum login blocks, clicked on the ‘My Site’ link in the upper left-hand corner, and went to my blog from there. If there was a change that affects me, I didn’t know about it.

  Also, when I clicked on the “easier to manage” button, that screen was blank as well. I’m still on the prior format, I prefer to use the simplest approach. I do not have a tablet, because it makes you a target for criminals around here.

  Thanks for any help you can give me. My blog is still quite visible.

  This could be a browser issue.

  1. Check if you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/ If not, please try upgrading.

  2. If you are running one of the browsers and versions listed at http://browsehappy.com/
  (a) Try clearing your browser’s cache
  (b) Make sure that you have both third-party cookies enabled and JavaScript enabled

  3. If you are using an IE browser in compatibility mode please disable that mode.

  4. Try using a different browser.

  I checked that. I think I see the problem. I’m going on Google, not Google Chrome. I’ll try that instead. Thanks for the feedback.
