WordPress Download Manager Plugin

  We could really do with having the WordPress Download Manager plugin added to WordPress.com, as part of our project encourages us to track how many people download files from our blog to gauge statistics of potential interest (e.g. tracking people downloading enrolment forms).
  It would also be a useful tool for sharing files with other organisations in our funding stream using the password protection that is implemented in the plugin.
