WordPress E-mail
-
Hello,
I recently installed Curbside-Pickup as a plugin on my website elweinecero.com. When I go to the pickup page settings I check the box that says ‘Ask the customer for a description of their vehicle when they arrive’. When the customer checks in to pick up their order I get an e-mail from (email visible only to moderators and staff) that has the customer’s name, e-mail, pickup time, order total, and item count. Is there a way to also have their order number included in this customer arrived e-mail when they check in to pick up their order?

Hi there!
You’ll probably want to reach out directly to the plugin developers here.
Also, folks at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ may be able to help. Here, on these forums, we can only help with WordPress.com sites.

Hi @communitychurchcastledoningtoncouk – It’s important to always start a new topic in support-related forums rather than take over a completely unrelated topic with your question. That said, we’ll try to provide some guidance below.
It’s not clear where your site is hosted, but we do know it’s not hosted with us at WordPress.com, which means we’ll not be able to provide direct support for you unfortunately.
What you will need to do next:
1. Reach out to the person who created your site and/or manages your site domain and see if they can help.
2. Reach out to your website host and see if they can help you with the 403 error.
We do hope you find a solution soon. Good luck.
