how can i make money using ad sense on my blog ? plz contact me or give me some info about this feature

You cannot use Google Adsense on a wordpress.COM blog. The software will strip the code out.
No blogger initiated advertising is allowed on WordPress.com blogs. The only advertising program at WordPress.com is called WordAds and it’s for blogs on their own domains.
