WordPress editor – internal linking – search for old posts

The new word editor is real nice but for one particularly annoying missing feature – the ability to search and link to old posts for internal links. I notice on the blog announcing the new editor back in November you were looking into this – any idea when this will be released? Until then, the old editor continues to be used. I can’t be the only blog writer who uses internal links right?!

Yes, the link to earlier content is still missing in the new editor but it will be added in the future and we don’t know exactly what that will be. However,that issue does not exist in the classic editor.
You cannot deactivate the new Beep Beep Boop editor but you do not have to use it.
On the dashboard of your own blog at
Dashboard > Posts > All Posts > Add New
To create posts in the classic editor for you that link ishttp://humancyclist.wordpress.com/wp-admin/post-new.php
On the dashboard of your own blog at
Dashboard > Posts > All Posts you can hover over any post title and click the Edit link and proceed with editing.
