WordPress editor is not working

  I am a beginner with WordPress. I have the elementor plugin installed and use it occasionally for aesthetic changes. However, I prefer using the WordPress Editor. For the last few days whenever I edit using the WordPress editor and update the changes, the specific page I edited is stripped of all of its formatting. How do I make it so that I can edit with WordPress and not have all of my formatting ruined?
