wordpress elementor 400 bad request error
-
Hello.
I’m having trouble with WordPress and Elementor after transferring hosting. This problem occurs on a particular page, not the entire page
Initially, a 504 server error occurred, but this error was resolved by creating a new page.
However, the 400 bad request error still exists. If I press the update button after correcting the elementor page, I get the 400 bad request error right away, how can I fix it?It would be very helpful if you let me know.
(I think I’ve tried everything on the Internet.)Some people say that you can turn off the firewall blocking function, but I’m worried that there will be security issues in this case.

Hey there,
Many thanks for reaching out!
A 504 error is a loading error, whereas the 400 error is a restricted error.
To check, which pages are you experiencing both of these errors, or is this happening when making a picture only?
I’ve taken a look at the site, and thus far I’m unable to replicate the error messages.
Many thanks in advance!

Hi! Just to make sure we understand correctly, the 400 error is occurring only on https://leesiwoo.co.kr/about ? The reason that I ask is that https://leesiwoo.co.kr/ appears to be hosted with a separate hosting company (not WordPress.com). I do see that you have a trial site with us now, but your trial site has a different address. I’d like to make sure we can help with this, since we don’t have any access to https://leesiwoo.co.kr/ !

Hi. That’s right. As far as I know so far, the error is only in one specific page above. I’m using a hosting dot home in Korea. I can share my site administrator account, but this is an open space, right? Is there any way I can share it separately?

Thanks for clarifying! That does make it a bit more difficult – since these forums are intended for helping with sites that are hosted here on WordPress.com, we’re not able to help with WordPress sites (using the software from WordPress.org) that are set up with other hosting companies.
Since the error in your screenshot appears to be coming from within Elementor, it might be worth checking with the Elementor team if they’ve encountered this before:
https://wordpress.com/support/plugin/elementorFor example, I found a similar issue here:
