  Hi,

  I’m interested in having an (email visible only to moderators and staff) which I understood I could apply for once I pay for my unique domain name through WordPress. I’m trying to find how I can do this, but to no avail.

  Hi Julia,

  Currently, there are two main ways to do this. First, you could setup email forwarding as described here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/email-forwarding/

  That’s a bit of an easier route in that it just forwards emails sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) to your current email address. You can then change the outgoing address from your current email to match your custom address.

  The second route would involve adding a custom email from a third party service as demonstrated here:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/add-email/

  That can be a bit trickier depending on what service you choose, but it would establish a second email address with a separate inbox.
